Only two weeks to go before the MCM. One problem., though! I think I tweaked my left knee at Field Hockey practice on Tuesday. So now what to do.

I would start scaling back my miles anyhow...
Maybe a massage?
The pain seems to be on the outside of my left knee.
I just want to be able to do my best and not have a annoying injury to slow me down... after six months of training
